I think that color vs. black & white changes subjects quite a bit. It's not the same if the primary colors on the door (last image) exist as shades of gray instead of primary colors. So the seduction inherent in interesting colors can be what "makes" the color photo, where the black and white photo needs more than that.
After seeing so many students go through the photography program here and learn color almost specifically digitally, and comparing that work to the work they made through black and white darkroom process, there is no question in my mind that film itself (as well as what type) makes a huge difference. I miss making C-prints...
Oh and these three pictures are great. I love the crumbling photo studio.

These have a very different quality from the black and white. Do you think that a person's film ultimately affects what pictures they take?
